Mission Statement

The mission of Topping International Institute, Inc. is to provide people with the education and other tools they need to better manage and balance their lives thereby restoring their body/minds to a natural healthy state.

Health through education

Topping International Institute was established in 1984 to improve the quality of life with a focus on "health through education". Research has shown that the major factor correlating with your health is not lack of sufficient money but lack of sufficient education, hence our particular emphasis on "health through education." We also recognize that managing stress today can prevent tomorrow's illnesses.

Currently most of this education is through lectures, seminars, workshops, books, and newsletters. Later this will be expanded to include audio and video tapes. The workshops, seminars, and lectures are now a part of Wellness Kinesiology, the health education division of Topping International Institute, Inc.

Dr. Topping has taught seminars in the following countries and has trained Wellness Kinesiology instructors in those countries marked with an asterisk(*):
