can be used to identify how the body is out of balance and the various
ways in which the body can be balanced. Muscle testing is a wonderful biofeedback
tool when used correctly! In
this workshop you will learn simple tests to ensure that muscle testing
is giving you accurate information. If you have difficulty losing weight,
excessive fatigue, cold hands and feet, adult acne, frequent lengthy
colds, premenstrual symptoms, water retention, difficulty conceiving;
your thyroid could be underactive. Learn about the link between hypothyroidism
and heart disease, weak immune system, poor circulation and dry skin.
3 major causes for hypothyroidism. Simple tests for thyroid function.
How to determine which foods support and which adversely affect thyroid
function. How to work with emotions related to thyroid function. A workshop for parents and kids introducing basic kinesiology
ideas and exercises in a fun, child-friendly way. Children will be introduced to a variety of simple exercises which
they can use to promote clear thinking, improve coordination and athletic
performance, increase confidence, and maximize reading, writing and
comprehension skills. Adults
will also learn basic muscle testing procedures that will enable you
to identify food and environmental sensitivities in your child.

We'll look at traits of stress hardiness, resiliency, the immune-competent
personality, etc., to find ways to strengthen your ability to handle

is the time to get brave and explore, confront, and deal with the reasons
underlying the procrastination. Wellness
Kinesiology has some fast, effective tools to teach you how to identify
those reasons and to eliminate them for good. A seminar on enhancing
and maintaining healthy vision. Learn
to use muscle testing to uncover and correct belief systems and negative
attitudes related to vision imbalance, then identify specific exercises
which can be helpful to you in promoting clear vision and eye health.
Nutritional and environmental support will also be addressed.
Learn how to instruct
others on how belief systems cause frustrating limitations and predispose
us to certain predictable disease patterns; how we can change our underlying
patterns including the creation of personality traits (limiting beliefs)
and their relationship to illness; how to determine what beliefs pertain
to ourselves and others; typical beliefs associated with common ailments
(including migraine, hypertension, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis,
irritable bowel and even cancer); organ and tissue reflexes and their
connection with emotions and limiting beliefs; reprogramming belief
systems to support health and wellness; and learn of the worldwide research
on the links between personality and disease. Prerequisites: Defusing
Negative Personality Traits (2X) and successful track record as a Stress
Release Instructor. Structural, nutritional
and emotional causes for back pain and sciatica and how you can correct
them. Identify
and correct the major causes for tension headaches. Become knowledgeable
about the nutrient deficiencies that commonly result in headaches. In this workshop we
will explore in detail the physical and psychological effects of stress,
and how to use muscle testing to identify what is creating distress
for you. You will learn techniques which will enable
you to effectively release the physical, emotional and mental effects
of stress; remove performance anxiety before a speech, presentation,
or exam; access and defuse the stressful memories associated with a
distressful event; test for and correct conflict between right and left
brain hemispheres; incorporate additional modalities to release even
deeper levels of stress; plus identify and release blocks to successful
weight loss, habit changes, recovery from illness, improved self-image
and financial well-being. Prerequisite: None Learn additional methods
for defusing stress and eliminating negative habits, including techniques
which will enable you to tap into and reprogram the subconscious; quickly
defuse negative emotional states; make sure that desired change is appropriate;
find and eliminate blocks to achieving your goals; help yourself and
others end procrastination; manage time skillfully and effectively;
and release tension in the neck, shoulders and back through simple exercises.
/Prerequisite: Stress Release I While emotions such
as fear, grief, and anger are appropriate, sometimes they become stuck
giving rise to conditions such as phobias, anxiety, depression &
hostility. We begin by looking at the Callahan model and how it
addresses phobias, anxiety and addictions. We show how it relates
to the Law of Five Elements, then expand the model to cover other stuck
emotional states such as temper, rage, hostility, embarassment, grief,
loneliness and depression. Prerequisites: Stress Release
I & II, Touch for Health I Learn organ reflex points
related to 20 major energy meridians and work with the positive and
negative emotions from biokinesiology relating to organs and body systems
to bring them back into balance. Also included are working with emotions to eliminate pain, and
the use of gamma-1 and gamma-2 muscle monitoring and the priority mode. Prerequisites: Stress Release I, II &
III, Touch for Health® I We cover the Stress
Release I, II, III & IV curricula extensively from the perspective
of how best to teach the material. Prerequisites: Be an active Touch
for Health® Instructor, Brain Gym® Instructor,
or Three-In-One Facilitator who has taken Touch for Health®
I - IV and passed the Touch for Health® examination (a prerequisite
for the Touch for Health® Instructor Training Workshop).
Have taken Stress Release I, II, III & IV and Defusing Negative
Personality Traits classes. Wellness Kinesiology also has Instructor

lay person, this workshop provides simple, effective self-help techniques

massage therapists, this class offers a variety of beneficial techniques
that can be easily blended into your practice to bring added benefits

is a proven, easily learned system of muscle testing and energy balancing
incorporating principles of Chinese medicine, massage, and energy work. Participants receive training in accurate
muscle testing as a biofeedback technique and learn to test and balance
